John Hughes
John is a successful industry veteran with over four decades of collision repair experience. Starting out, John began his collision repair career as a body technician working his way through several positions, including painter, estimator, management and regional leadership before he opened his first collision center in Middle Tennessee. In 2004, John opened the doors to Accurate Autobody and quickly built a trustworthy, customer service oriented and successful collision repair center with multiple locations in Middle Tennessee.
After enjoying a few years away from the industry, John realized he had a great opportunity to bring his years of experience and knowledge back to Middle Tennessee. In 2020, John partnered with Jeff Sullivan to open the TriStar Collision and together they are focused on safe, accurate repairs with an emphasis on customer service.
Jeff Sullivan
Jeff brings three decades of collision repair experience and has followed a very similar career path as John. Jeff began as a body technician working his way through several positions including painter, estimator, and management. In 2007, Jeff joined forces with John at Accurate Autobody and together they built a trustworthy, customer service oriented and successful collision repair center.
After spending a few years in management and executive leadership at a regional collision center in Middle Tennessee, Jeff reconnected with John to open TriStar Collision. A collision center focused on safe, accurate repairs with customer service in mind.
Along with their team of expert technicians, John and Jeff provide top-quality collision repairs that meet OEM specifications along with a personalized service for every customer.
